Our mission is to save lives of and restore health to ill and disabled children.
We support them in their daily functioning, as well as help them in rehabilitation, treatment and education.
Every day we constantly work to help. We provide care to children with different types of diseases or disabilities, from all over Poland. Among our beneficiaries there are children with cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, heart defects, autism and many others. We raise funds for their treatment, rehabilitation, purchase of medicines, medical equipment, educational aids and other special needs. We have already helped over 44,000 children!
We operate three Rehabilitation Centres – Amicus, Biomicus and Cemicus, which are adapted to the various needs of children. The rehabilitation centres form a comprehensive offer for people with disabilities and health problems. Those in our care may use, among others, motor rehabilitation, spine therapy, exercises in Adeli, Atlant, Spider Suit and TheraTogs suits, NDT Bobath therapy, sensory integration therapy, EEG Biofeedback training, psychological and speech therapy, medical massage, art therapy, activities in the world experience room. Thanks to rehabilitation, our little patients regain fitness and independence, pursue their passions and achieve success. We are proud that our efforts bring real results.
The Foundation operates the Norka Mouse Club, which organizes integration educational, artistic and sports activities for children both with disabilities and healthy ones. Participation in these activities guarantees that children not only have fun, learn about the world, but also establish peer relations and friendship.
With the support of firms and institutions, we can operate 3 rehabilitation centres for our Charges and furnish them with the necessary therapeutic equipment, as well as organize special events for children, sports competitions, visits to cinemas, museums, theatres and many other attractions.
